The Llamadas parade is the most spectacular highlight of the Uruguyan Carnival. If you've seen video or pictures of any Carnival parade, you know it's a dazzling show of colours, bright fabrics, dancing and music.
And of course, the other main highlight of the Llamadas parade, is celebrating German pride, as shown in the top half of the postcard.
